

Short term goals
Goal 1: Create a diversity and inclusion action plan
During 2022 we created a gender equality plan with a set of commitments and actions that aims to promote gender equality in the Holdit organisation.

Goal 2: Launch three initiatives in diversity, inclusion and equality
In 2022, we launched campaigns with UN Women Sweden and Regnbågsfonden, who fights for the rights of women and LGBTQ people. We also continued our support towards Women for Women, who speaks up for women in conflicted areas.

Goal 3: Increase the responsibility in the organisation
In 2022, we welcomed UN Women Sweden to our headquarters to educate the staff in the areas in which the organization operates. We also had a lecture with CSR Västsverige and several internal workshops focusing on sustainability.

Long term goals
Goal 4: During 2023, Holdit must be experienced as an inclusive brand
In 2023, we will implement the Holdit barometer to distributors, retailers and customers. The Holdit barometer will be used as a tool to measure how others view our organization, both in terms of sustainability, diversity and equality.

Goal 5: In 2023, we shall have 100% traceability in the first stage of our supply chain
In 2023, our goal is to share the information of all our stage 1 suppliers. We have also begun to map all information about stage 2 suppliers to be screened and shared in 2024.
