Just like previous years, Holdit marks the start of autumn with a new campaign, and this year it’s all about Back to Reality. A collection inspired by the contrast between the slow pace of vacation and the rush of returning to everyday life. When the alarm rings, coffee spills, and the day comes rushing in, it’s time to pick up both the pace and the style.
This autumn’s campaign introduces an updated and broader collection of laptop cases, designed to suit every style. You’ll find everything from popular cow prints to high-shine patent finishes and fluffy textures. A collection where each case has its own personality, just like the user. Back to Reality is a bold, playful, and fashion-forward collection, perfect for anyone with a laptop in hand and constantly on the move.
Campaign Concept
The campaign captures the feeling of that first morning after the holidays. When things don't go quite as planned, but life is exactly as it should be: full of movement, energy, and charming chaos. The shirt is crooked, the hair has a mind of its own, and mismatched shoes end up on your feet, but it doesn’t matter, because behind every slightly stressful step lies something greater: a feeling of a fresh start. New routines, new projects, new goals. It’s time to go back and do it in style. Back to Reality captures the moment when the vacation dream crashes into reality and becomes something to embrace.
The campaign was shot on a bright spring day in June, in an environment that both inspires and holds a special place in Holdit’s heart. In a beautiful home in the coastal town of Bua, just a stone’s throw from the company’s roots in Varberg, the visual identity that lifts the entire story was created. Here, the feeling of a hectic weekday morning was combined with a confident sense of style, with each image reflecting the core of the campaign: everyday life, with all that it involves. Messy, fun, and real.
“With Back to Reality, we wanted to capture something that feels authentic. Not that perfect version of a weekday start after vacation, but the messy and slightly stressful reality we face when we leave our time off behind and dive into something new. Wilma Vidal Lidén, known as @wilmazparty on her social platforms, is not only a talented actress but also an artist. She has appeared in some of Sweden’s biggest TV series such as Ruset, Maria Wern, and Gåsmamman, and has released singles like Parasite and Mr. Vibe Killer. Now, she’s Holdit’s new ambassador. This autumn, we’ll see Wilma featured in Holdit’s delightful campaign Back to Reality.
