Complaints


How do I make a complaint?

To make a complaint, please contact customer service at customerservice@holdit.com

Please fill in the following information:

  1. Name

  2. Order number

  3. Describe the problem

  4. Image of the faulty product


Please note that only products ordered from holdit.com can be complained to us. If you have bought your product from one of our retailers, we ask you to first contact the retailer regarding your complaint.


Right to complain

In order for your complaint to be approved:

  • The complaint must be made within 3 years after the purchase was made.

  • The complaint needs to be approved by our customer service.

  • The defect must not have arisen as a result of wear or damage caused by careless use.


When you as a customer want to make a complaint and sends the defective product to us, you are responsible for the complaint until we have received it.

My order & Tracking


Can I track my order?

When the shipment is sent with Postnord, it is unfortunately not trackable. As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email that your order is on its way.


Can I change my order?

It is usually not possible to make changes to an already placed order as we strive to send your order as quickly as possible.

If you have filled in an incorrect delivery address:

  • Your order will automatically be returned to our warehouse.

Thereafter we have the opportunity to resend your order to the correct address. If you have filled in the wrong information, contact our customer service as soon as possible.


Can I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. As we strive to send your order as soon as possible, it is unfortunately not always possible to adjust changes after you have placed your order.


Order confirmation

When you have placed your order, we will send out an order confirmation to your e-mail address. Your order confirmation also serves as a receipt.

I am missing an item / have received the wrong product

We apologize for not receiving your full order. Contact us with information about which product or products that does not match your order and we will help you as soon as possible.


Shipping & Delivery


Delivery options

Small orders are delivered directly to the address you specified when ordering. Larger packages are delivered to the nearest postal agent.


Shipping cost

We ship free of charge to all our customers.


How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email telling you that your delivery is on its way. If you have not received this email, we first ask you to check that it has not ended up in your spam.

If you still do not find a delivery email, contact our customer service at customerservice@holdit.com and we will help you.


What’s the delivery time?

All orders placed before 2 pm from Monday to Thursday are packed and sent the same day. Orders before 11 am on Fridays are packed and sent the same day. Packages are not transported on weekends.

What happens if I do not collect my order?

If your order has been delivered to a postal agent and you do not pick it up, it will be returned to us free of charge. Once we have received and handled the return, a refund will be made to your account.


Returns & Refunds


How do I return my order?

  1. Make sure that the product you wish to return is in its original condition and in its original packaging.

  2. Enter the reason for the return on the delivery note and put it in the package together with the product you want to return.

  3. Write our return address on the package and put a stamp on it. Then submit it to any agent.

  4. Once our warehouse has received your return, a refund will be issued within 14 working days.

How do I make an exchange?

To exchange a product, please return the product for a refund and then place a new order on our website.


Conditions for returns

As a customer, you have the right to make a return within 14 days after receiving your product. For your return to be approved, the product needs to:

  • Be in its original condition. This means that the product must not have been used, washed or handled in a way that caused it to deviate from the condition it was in when you as a customer received your product. 

  • Be sent back in unopened original packaging 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return cost. Make sure to always save the receipt of the return until your refund has been processed. 


Refunds

Once we have received, registered and approved your return / complaint, we will make a refund to the account you used at the time of ordering. The money is then estimated to be in your account within 3-5 days.

What is 3D secure and why am I being asked to verify?

3D-Secure is the secure protocol designed to ensure enhanced security and authentication when you use your debit or credit cards for online purchases. This is now part of EU Law which means that you may be requested to enter a security code to verify you are the legitimate owner of the card you are using to make a transaction.

Will the item be back in stock?

If the product you want to order is not in stock, you can sign up for the product. We will then send you an email as soon as the product is in stock again.


Are there more products for my phone?

You can use the filtering under each category to filter out all variants and colors that are available for your particular phone model. To take part in upcoming products, you can sign up for our newsletter where we always inform you about upcoming news.
