MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:
You will have a user account where you can view your purchases and other information related to your membership. Earn points on your purchases when logged into your user account, and redeem them for digital vouchers. Receive personalized offers, text messages, and newsletters, unless you choose to opt out. Your personal data will be processed by Holdit AB ("Holdit," "we," "us") for the above purposes. You can find more detailed information on how we handle your personal data below and in our privacy policy.
BACKGROUND:
In these membership terms, you can learn about what it means to be a member of Holdit's customer club. Please read through these membership terms and our privacy policy before becoming a member to understand what you are choosing to join and what it entails.
MEMBERSHIP AT HOLDIT:
Holdit's customer club is free of charge and applies to Holdit.com. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else. To become a member, you need to accept our customer club terms and create an account on Holdit.com, be a private individual, and be at least 18 years old.
Upon becoming a member, you need to register your name, email address, and phone number. You can also choose to provide your birthdate so that we can send you a personalized offer on your birthday. Your membership is personal and cannot be transferred. When you register an account on Holdit.com, your member purchases are recorded provided that you are logged into your user account.
MARKETING AND INFORMATION:
When you choose to become a member with us, you, as a customer, will receive direct marketing and information with exclusive offers, benefits, discounts, and newsletters via email and SMS. This applies only if you have not opted out. At any time, you can choose to opt out of direct marketing and the processing of your personal data for this purpose.
As a member, you may receive personally tailored offers, such as relevant product recommendations or similar. Such offers are based on your purchase history and are delivered to you through mailouts and digital channels. The purpose of this is to provide added value to you as a member so that you receive offers and information about products you might be interested in. This way, our messages and communication to you become more relevant.
PERSONAL DATA:
Holdit AB is responsible for the processing of your personal data. If you choose to become a member, we will process your personal data to:
Manage your membership, your vouchers, and your user account.
Provide you with personalized offers, SMS, and newsletters (unless you have opted out).
We process your personal data outside the EU/EEA. You have certain rights that you can exercise to influence how we process your personal data. Your rights include the right to complain to the Swedish Data Protection Authority, the right to withdraw your consent, the right to access, the right to object, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, the right to restrict processing, and the right to data portability.

USER ACCOUNT:
When you register as a member, login credentials are created for your user account. The login credentials are your email address and the password you chose during registration. The purpose is to allow you, as a member, to quickly and easily manage your membership, such as changing information, checking your current point balance, vouchers, and membership level.
In the logged-in mode, you can also object to direct marketing and request to leave (which you can also do by contacting us). You will also be able to view and track your current and past purchases with us, save your delivery address, and see personalized offers. As a member, you may also have the opportunity to share your opinions about the products you have purchased from us. By being logged in when shopping online, you also ensure that your points are recorded, thus ensuring you receive the right membership benefits
POINT SYSTEM / BONUS SYSTEM:
As a member, you earn points on your purchases at Holdit, with a 5% cashback rate. You will only receive points if you are logged into your user account to ensure that the purchase is registered as a member purchase. [The purchase of gift cards or purchases paid with a voucher is not eligible for bonuses.] Once the points threshold is reached, a digital voucher is created, which can be used for online purchases.
To receive the first voucher, see the different levels in our point system in the list below. A voucher cannot be converted, either wholly or partially, into cash. If you have a voucher, it will appear in the checkout when you are logged in, and you will receive information about your vouchers via email. You can check your current point balance and the validity period of your vouchers by logging into your user account. Your points will expire if you do not use them within the next twelve months from when you earned them.

HOLDIT'S MEMBERSHIP LEVELS:
Our different membership levels are "Business as usual," "Best Friends," and "In a relationship." The bonus points you have collected in the last twelve months determine your membership level.
When you have made purchases that meet the requirements for each level, your membership is upgraded, and you maintain your new membership level for twelve months. Afterward, your total purchases in the last twelve months determine your upcoming membership level. In the case of a return, the level-determining amount is reduced by the corresponding amount of the return, and a downgrade may occur if the purchase has led to an upgrade. Upgrades and downgrades occur continuously during the calendar year. The more purchases you make in a year, the higher your membership level, and the more exclusive offers you receive.
MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY AND TERMINATION:
Your membership at Holdit is valid indefinitely, and you can terminate it at any time by contacting customer service at email If you have not registered a member purchase for a period of 24 months, your membership will automatically be terminated, your personal information will be deleted, and any remaining points will be cleared. This does not apply if you contact us and request to remain a member.
Holdit has the right to terminate membership if there is suspicion of misuse.
CHANGES IN TERMS:
Holdit has the right to change the customer club terms. We will inform you of changes on our website and via email. The latest version of the customer club terms is always available on our website. If you do not agree with the changes, you can unsubscribe from the customer club at any time.
