How to apply your screen protector step by step
Step 1: Preparation
For best results, choose a well-lit and dust free work area.
Clean the screen thoroughly with the microfiber cloth provided. Ensure that all fingerprints and dust particles are removed.
Step 2: Application
Carefully remove the protective film from the sticky side of the screen protector. Avoid touching the surface.
Carefully place the screen protector over the screen. Use any installation frames or guides provided for precise positioning.
Gently lay the protector down from one edge and allow it to adhere naturally.
Use a plastic scraper or microfiber cloth to press out any air bubbles from the center and outwards.
Step 3: After application
Small bubbles usually disappear on their own within a few days.
Larger bubbles may be caused by dust. Carefully lift one edge using a thin piece of tape, remove the dust, and press the cover back down.
Here we share tips for smooth application and answer frequently asked questions:
How do I remove a screen protector?
Grasp one corner of the screen protector and gently lift it up in a smooth motion. Avoid pulling quickly or bending the protector too much, as this may cause it to crack. If the protector is stuck, a thin piece of plastic can help to gently loosen it.
Can the screen protector be reapplied?
Most screen protectors are designed for single use to ensure the best fit and function. Reapplication is not recommended, as the sticky surface may lose its properties and collect dust, affecting both appearance and protection.
What should I do if air gets under the protector?Small air bubbles usually disappear on their own within a few days. If the bubbles are larger and do not disappear, there may be dust under the protector. Try carefully lifting the protector in one corner using a thin piece of tape, remove the dust, and reattach the protector.
Does the screen protector protect against impacts?Yes, our tempered glass protectors protect against minor impacts and scratches, but they are not a substitute for a robust phone case.
