Which suction grip works with my phone case?
Sticky Plate has a MagSafe-compatible back and works with MagSafe-compatible phone cases. It attaches magnetically to the case, while the suction cups on the other side hold your phone against a smooth surface.
Sticky Heart has suction cups on both sides. It is compatible with cases including Wavy Case, Glitter Case, Slim Case, MagSafe Case and Seethrough Case. Sticky Heart is not recommended for soft silicone cases, as the surface can reduce the strength of the attachment.
Why is my phone suction mount not sticking?
If your suction grip does not stay attached, it may be because:
The surface is dusty, greasy or wet.
The surface is uneven or porous.
The suction cups need to be cleaned.
The phone case has a soft or textured surface.
A MagSafe model is being used without a MagSafe-compatible case.
Gently clean the suction cups and the surface, then allow both to dry completely before trying again.

Do I need a MagSafe-compatible case?

Do phone suction mounts work with silicone cases?
